What is a legal focus group/mock jury?

A legal focus group, also referred to as a mock jury, is a group of 6-12 people who gather to hear about a case involving real people and real evidence.  Then, the group members provide feedback about the case.  

 

Who runs the focus group?

Byrd Davis is hired by individuals, firms, and businesses to conduct these focus groups.  The feedback is provided to the parties involved in an attempt to help them settle the matter fairly.  The focus group is run by the Byrd Davis staff and attorneys.

 

Where do the focus groups take place?

The focus groups take place at our office, located at 8911 N Capital of Texas Hwy, Ste 3150, Austin, TX 78759.

 

Can I hire Byrd Davis Alden & Henrichson to run a focus group?

Yes!  We welcome the opportunity to conduct focus groups for people involved in litigation or pre-suit disputes.

 

How can I participate?
